We are always looking for more volunteers to help with our programme. The number of members we can get on the water is limited by the number of volunteers especially during the week. We are looking for people with sailing and powerboat experience and also shore based helpers.

We will ensure that volunteers get appropriate training in powerboat and sailing instruction to RYA standards as well as specific training on disabled sailing. Training is given by the RYA Training Centre attached to Sussex Yacht Club so you will learn in the same environment as we sail. Training courses for Sailability Volunteers are subsidised.
